This eBook was created in response to a need to have an asset that proved this company were experts in their field. Additionally, the Customer Success team needed content to help guide customers to success, so it had to be more than a how-to guide on their software. In response, I created a step-by-step guide to lead a marketer to roll out a marketing program with or without their software. To make it even more useful, I worked with the graphic designer to make the pdf interactive so that users could type in their answers and print the results.
